Return Policy & Privacy Notice

Please review our part selection, return eligibility and data protection terms before confirming an order.

1. Genuine Automotive Spare Parts

VG Parts supplies genuine automotive spare parts for Volkswagen Group, Porsche, Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar. Parts are supplied by manufacturer OE part number.

2. Part Selection & VIN Compatibility

The buyer is responsible for confirming that the ordered OE part number is suitable for the intended vehicle or application prior to order confirmation.

If you would like us to check compatibility before ordering, please include the vehicle's 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) with your quote request or email inquiry@vwgarage-bg.com.

3. Manufacturer Supersessions

Vehicle manufacturers periodically replace part numbers with updated revisions (supersessions). Where an ordered part number has been superseded by the manufacturer, delivery of the manufacturer's current replacement part number constitutes valid fulfillment of the order.

4. Return Eligibility

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to prior written return approval from our team.
  • Special-order items, VIN-coded parts, keys, electronic control units and body panels ordered specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed, unless delivered damaged or incorrect due to our error.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The part must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged.
  • The part must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all factory labels, barcodes and seals intact.
  • Parts that have been fitted, tested or had their original packaging damaged or altered cannot be accepted for return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives with transit damage or a packing discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt and provide:

  • Your invoice or order reference number
  • Photographs of the outer shipping box or pallet and the part label
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or discrepancy

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

VG Parts processes business contact details (name, company name, email address, telephone number) and enquiry details (OE part numbers, quantities and VINs) solely to prepare quotations, check vehicle compatibility and arrange order delivery.

  • Uploaded Parts Lists: Excel and CSV files selected in the quote form are read in your browser so that only the extracted part numbers and quantities are submitted with your enquiry.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: This website does not use third-party advertising trackers. Browser localStorage is used only to save your selected language (en / bg) and your quote list.
